00-Jan return value

When trying to populate cell D4, using tab "1)RX_Tracker", blank cell I4,
Value returned = "00-Jan"
I want to keep the formatting for the tab "1)RX_Tracker" as is
However want to return a blank value to cell D4 in the current sheet

Could anyone please help me with this one?
