Office Version

Hi,
I hope I am not posting in the wrong section. I want to use office scripts at work where I do not have access to desktop version. Which office 365 plan do I need to run office scripts on the web without any dependency on the desktop version? Same with python for excel. I currently have personal version. I have both office scripts python for excel on the desktop version but not on the web. Do I need to upgrade the plan? TY.
Thank you in advance.
