We have one user who cannot access Excel. This problem occured last week without any known configuration changes on her machine. The error message is: invalid page fault in module excel.exe at 0187:30026d89. I have checked for viruses, reloaded office sr-1, swapped out excel.exe and reloaded OS 98se. User is still unable to access thru icon or the exe file itself. Error message is not listed on Tech Net

Thanks for any help

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
You might be able to fix this problem with a basic system clean up: Delete *.tmp files, run scan-disk or Norton's disk doctor. A disk defrag on C: might be a good idea as well.

Is this user complaining of other pc problems? crashes and performance problems in other apps? If so this is probably the way to go.

Hope that helps.
