Show all in pivottable

Hello,

In the book Mr Excel on Excel, they talk about cancelling the selection "Show all" in Excel 2000 that makes it easy to display only the items that you want (page 324 Hiding items).

Where can I (de)select that option?

If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
It is under Data > Filter > ShowAll
