Graph points commented

Is it possible to have a comment displayed when the mouse is over a graph point, in the same way that when the mouse pointer is over a commented cell ?.

The comment will be recorded in the cell that represents the point value.

The short answer is "No." The slightly longer answer is "Yea, kinda." I haven't tried the solutions provided so I don't how well they work. (But I have copied them, just in case :-)) )
