Bar chart with secondary y-axis

I am able to create a bar chart with a secondary
y-axis, but the bars show up overlapped instead of
side-by-side. Any way around this?

click once on the bar (any bar).
right click, choose FORMAT DATA SERIES
play around with OVERLAP and GAP WIDTH to desired result. (Rinse and Repeat).
