Use enter key like tab key

I have a three column sheet. I want to be able to enter data in these 3 columns with the enter key and then go to the next input cell in the next row. I also want to preserve the formatting of these cells ie: column B needs to have fixed decimal set as 2. I hope someone can help. I have not had any questions answered as of yet. Thank you if you do.

In order to fix the decimal to 2 places, Highlight your cells then go to format, CElls and format it to 2 decimal places

Thank you for the answer. That works for manual input but when I use a macro to input data the formatting goes away and I can't reformat those cells.
