Make false statement = no instead

I want the word no to show up instead of false on an if statement..anyone know how to do this.

how about reading an elementary intro to Excel, Jon?

Ouch that hurt.....this is the final one and thank you for all your help....Your answer did answer mine
=IF(K134<1000,"No",IF(K134>=1000,IF(K134>=G4,'Level 1'!F3,'Level 1'!G3)))
