=IF(BatNum!$P3=0,2,IF(BatNum!$P3=1,1,IF(BatNum!$P3=2,1,IF(BatNum!$P3>=3,0))))
I have this formula in cell "H2". What i want it to do is when I copy it down i want it to check $P10 next, $P17, then $P24 and so on every 7 cells. Is this possible?

Thanks in advance

Jim

Thanks for updating your profile. (y)
How about in H2 only
Excel Formula:
=LET(a,INDEX(BatNum!P:P,SEQUENCE(10,,3,7)),IF(a=0,2,IF(OR(a={1,2}),1,0)))
Just change the 10 to however many rows you need.

Excel Facts

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
I forgot I took out the sheet name. This is a correction to post in #2. Put this in cell H2, and drag down:

Excel Formula:
=SWITCH(INDIRECT("BatNum!$P"&3+(ROW(P2)-2)*7),1,2,2,1,0)
how does it do the "IF" statement calculations also?

When I put this formula in cell "H2", I get a #SPILL! error. So i tried putting it in cell I2 just to try it and it worked beautifully.
