Duplicate DOB to a read only field

I figurd this out.
But I can't figure out how to delete this posting.

Please don't mark a post as the solution, unless it actually contains the solution.
If you do in fact post back with the actual solution you used, you can then mark that post as the solution.

I figured by me marking the post as solved, no one else would waste time looking at it.

Is there a way to delete a post?
That's what I really wanted to do.

That is not quite how it works on the board. You aren't marking the thread as solved, you are essentially saying "this poster posted the solution and here it is in this exact post".
And that user gets credit for posting a solution.

No. Simply post back your solution or just reply back that it is not needed anymore.
But please do not mark any post as the solution if the post itself does not actually contain the solution to the question asked.
