Populate Values in a Worksheet Via a Submit Button in Another Worksheet.

I would like to populate cell values from one worksheet into another worksheet using a 'submit button'. This would require matching item numbers and dates in the two worksheets. Please see attached screenshot of what I'm trying to accomplish. Note: Values pasted into the "Kits Pick Schedule" worksheet must remain when the values are cleared from the "SPRP Tool" worksheet. I think what I'm trying to accomplish is rather straight forward... It's the code to make it happen is where I hit a wall.
